Seeing Clearly

Personally, I think, our eyes are one of the most beautiful and captivating parts of the body.

It is said that they are the gateway to our soul and I don’t think our eyes can hide our emotions or feelings.

As Christian’s, we have been blessed with different types of vision – seeing with our natural eye and the spiritual vision, God has given us.

Spiritual vision allows us to see the world from God’s point of view and to see what He wants from us in the circumstances we face. But as usual, God has given us the ability to choose as to whether our eyes, in the spiritual sense, become clouded – dark – as we focus on worldly issues.

This passage is talking about money and although money, in itself isn’t evil, the desire and need for it can bring devastation into people’s lives.

Straight after this Scripture, Jesus speaks about worry, for good reason…

Yet today, I want to encourage you that a ”good” eye, as Matthew 6:22 states, is one that is constantly fixed on God

Rebecca Brand

My hearts desire is for everyone to have an intimate relationship with Christ. To hear the voice of God and to experience His presence. Also, to help disciple others to discover their purpose within the body of Christ - through the power of the Holy Spirit.

My God-given dream is to break down barriers within life and the Church as a whole to strengthen and develop relationships within every denomination and bring unity - so that we will collectively raise up together and fulfil the Great Commission, within this lifetime.

I am living proof that no matter what your past was or whatever your life has become - God will use you to fulfil what He created you to do, when you step out in obedience and faith.
