Worship has always been a way for me to connect with God and this song reminded me of 2 Timothy 1:7.
I have gone through periods of fear, in case that it led to disappointment.
However, God has taught me that even if we do fail, the lessons we learn make us stronger to succeed for the future and therefore, it becomes a powerful testimony to others.
We need to be bold and and dance upon the fear and anxiety we have.
We should never be intimidated, as it neutralises Gods effectiveness to use us!
I love that God tells us that because the Holy Spirit is in us, we have a character of power, love and self-discipline.
Therefore, follow God’s guidance and together, we will conquer our fears and dance on disappointment.
2 Timothy 1:7 “For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love and of self-discipline.”
