Let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise -the fruit of lips that openly profess his name.
A good friend of mine recently preached “What is Worship?”
I began meditating on that notion and we discussed the implications of turning worship into something it’s not.
Do you go to Church and think… “I don’t like this song?” Or “I wish the band played more hymns”
What about when you pray? “Lord I need you to do this for me” Or “I want ??? in order to become what you need me to be”
Worship should ALWAYS be about The Lord!
Singing should be about praising his almighty name…
Prayer should be thanking him for the blessings you have…
Life should be about living to glorify Jesus.
