Proverbs Challenge (Day 2)

Thank you for joining me today, as we continue to ”press into God” regarding the Proverbs Challenge

Today is Day 2 – therefore, it’s time to read Proverbs 2!

As usual, don’t forget within this “challenge” it’s about revelation between God and yourself, and so, it might be that each person doing this receives a different verse/s that stands out for them – that’s ok because we are all unique in God’s beautiful design

As a reminder, please read the chapter, and ask God to open your eyes to meaning within this, and then write down your thoughts and also reflect on this, as to how you can apply this wisdom to your daily life – next you pray over the verse/s that God makes “stand out” for you and what has been revealed by the Holy Spirit

My Thoughts: God’s wisdom is given for victory within our lives, but this isn’t for us to drift through life. We are here to change the world with Hope, found only in Jesus Christ – therefore, we aren’t supposed to act irresponsibly with the gifts and resources given to us, by Him

My reflection: Friends, if we are faithful within our purpose in life and keep clearly in mind what God speaks to each of us, then He will protect us from pride and greed, which takes so many of us away from God’s presence

“For the Lord grants wisdom! From his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest. He is a shield to those who walk with integrity. He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him.”

Proverbs 2:6-8

That’s my “couplet” that spoke to me this morning – let me know what spoke to you in Proverbs 2?
