How incredible is it, that we get to read the Bible? I am always in awe of God’s goodness to us, for allowing us to use this within our daily lives
I have many verses that have spoken to me over the years, but the verse found in Luke 1:37 is a verse that I have held onto many times
I love that we can hold a piece of Scripture close to our hearts, either within a season that it speaks to our souls, or simply that it’s needed, but all while walking with God through that journey
This Scripture reaffirmed to me that God is a ”lawbreaker” but that excited me to the endless possibilities with my walk with Him, and I’ll tell you why
Elizabeth could get pregnant at an old age. Mary became pregnant whilst a virgin. The Red Sea parted because God spoke that it would. Jesus rose from the dead as He promised
This is because God’s Word never fails
Friends, we need to remember that God is not held back by science – i.e., biology or physics etc. Nor is He constrained by time. Therefore sometimes He will break our ”laws” to fulfil His promises
Yet, my encouragement for you this morning is with all of the events mentioned above, and even with all of the miracles that I have witnessed. It all came down to one thing…faith that God wouldn’t fail, and as I have written about this morning, that simply will never happen
“For the word of God will never fail. ”
