The things to come in this world will be unfathomable, and I guess it brings more clarity on this, as I read Revelation in my quiet time
Yet, as I read the through the chapters, I have a continued sense of peace of who I am, but more importantly, Who God is
God’s Kingdom is unshakable and therefore, it is the only kingdom that will remain after this great ”shaking.” Scripture in Matthew talks about having a solid foundation within our faith, because when you think about what is to come, it is daunting, scary even, yet, if God is for us, then who can be against us?
Having a solid foundation which is found only in God, will enable Him to draw us under His protection, and then also speak into our futures, with Him
Friends, God doesn’t want anyone of us to perish – hence the delay in Jesus’ return, but only He knows the time to which that will be. Therefore, this is why we must keep trying to live a ”blameless” life because it doesn’t mean perfection, it means we try to do the right thing, constantly
All I know, is that if you love something or someone, it becomes a priority in our lives – so what are your priorities? Who do you live for?
I want to encourage you that if Jesus is the cornerstone of our faith, and God is the foundation, then we will be firm and secure in what is to come because God loves us more than we could ever comprehend
So, today, stand in awe of our Heavenly Father and know that even when the ground shakes, we won’t be shaken, because God has us in the palm of His hand
