For some of you reading this, I felt to remind you this morning that…
”There is a cloud”
You might not see anything in the sky at present, but God is making a way where you currently think that there is none
Just like Elijah, we need to see something that is to come and speak it out in faith
What are you expectant for?
Friends, you may think that there is no hope, but I want to encourage you to read this passage found in 1 Kings 18. This is where God brings rain after the drought, but it was something that was desperately needed. This wasn’t just a few drops of rain either, Elijah speaks out that the rain would stop his servant, because of how much was coming
For some of us, we have given up, but our most significant breakthrough usually exists around the next corner, and so today, read this passage, and then just like Elijah, get on your knees, and pray to God to bring that ”rain.”
Whatever it looks like in your life – declare what is to come. Elijah saw it…I see it…but, just like Elijah’s servant – it took him seven times before he recognised a cloud the size of a man’s hand in the sky.
Be bold today, and remember Who is with us
“Finally the seventh time, his servant told him, “I saw a little cloud about the size of a man’s hand rising from the sea.” Then Elijah shouted, “Hurry to Ahab and tell him, ‘Climb into your chariot and go back home. If you don’t hurry, the rain will stop you!”
