Rise Up Underdogs

Growing up, I was always told that second was the first loser. Although this is true, it didn’t help my self-esteem when efforts weren’t celebrated

Yet, in Scripture, Jesus reaffirms the underdogs. He would want to surround Himself with the lowest of low in society, because He understood that God raises those who humble themselves in life

My biggest revelation came when I realised that life actually wasn’t about me! Yet, the modern world loves to promote me, myself and I

Jesus came to serve because He wanted to show that when we build each other up – satan can’t tear us down. Everything that Jesus did went against the grain of the world because that’s Kingdom living. It’s not about breaking rules…it’s about following God’s path

Friends, Jesus told us to serve to keep things in perspective. How many of us will serve if there is a reward or something to gain from it?

Yet, Jesus washed His disciple’s feet because He knew that although they wouldn’t understand at the time, God shows us time and time again that to be a great leader means to serve wholeheartedly because us underdog’s will always seek to glorify God

My hearts desire is for everyone to have an intimate relationship with Christ. To hear the voice of God and to experience His presence. Also, to help disciple others to discover their purpose within the body of Christ - through the power of the Holy Spirit.

My God-given dream is to break down barriers within life and the Church as a whole to strengthen and develop relationships within every denomination and bring unity - so that we will collectively raise up together and fulfil the Great Commission, within this lifetime.

I am living proof that no matter what your past was or whatever your life has become - God will use you to fulfil what He created you to do, when you step out in obedience and faith.
