Rebuilding Lives

I was talking with Holy Spirit yesterday, about the Scripture found in Isaiah 61:4

This is a very poignant Scripture within the movement I sit under, because it’s the Scripture the church was founded upon, but as I sat with Holy Spirit, He said to me that ”very often within our lives, we skip steps within healing, and therefore cannot walk in true freedom”

I reflected on His words, and God showed me that the three parts within the Scripture is where true restoration is found, because so often we are all too quick to want to repair and restore, that we forget to rebuild

To the person who is broken spiritually and comes to a healing meeting, how often do we want to pray for healing and restoration, and yet, this three-part process starts with the rebuilding of that person

A ruin would have nothing to repair or restore if the craftsman didn’t lovingly put it back together first, and just like God invites us within this Scripture, He is the Master Craftsman who wants to rebuild, repair, and restore our souls, so that we walk in the freedom Jesus died for

Friends, we need to bring more encouragement into the lives of those around us. We need to rebuild the lives of the lost and broken to show them that there is hope, there is love, and there is freedom.

Today, who can we encourage, or build-up, so that we can start the process of restoration through Jesus Christ?

”So encourage each other and build each other up, just as you are already doing.” 1 Thessalonians‬ ‭5:11‬
