We may not be able to keep people from slandering us, but at least we can stop supplying them with reasons to.
As long as we do the right thing, people’s accusations will be futile.
The Bible says that “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” (John 13:35)
There will always be one person, who will want to speak against you but how about you be “the one” that Jesus died for and said “follow me.”
The wisest thing my Mum ever said to me was, “Two wrongs don’t make a right!”
Today I pray, that we will all show the love and grace to others, that God freely gives, no matter what actions others show towards us.
