It can be very easy sometimes to look to our left or right and become distracted or discouraged with other people’s callings.
We can then get preoccupied with labelling them in our head. Or maybe even justify to God why that should be us.
The enemy wants nothing more than to divide the church because then chaos erupts regarding the eternal plan God has.
We are wonderfully and beautifully made by God.
This isn’t a conveyor belt of children – we cannot compare each other – but more, that we are each handcrafted in uniqueness and design. There is but one of you and I.
Therefore, let’s not put labels on each other. Instead, let’s encourage and love one another to rise up in our God-given purpose and fulfil all we were created to be.
“Do you want to be counted wise, to build a reputation for wisdom? Here’s what you do: Live well, live wisely, live humbly. It’s the way you live, not the way you talk, that counts. Mean-spirited ambition isn’t wisdom. Boasting that you are wise isn’t wisdom. Twisting the truth to make yourselves sound wise isn’t wisdom. It’s the furthest thing from wisdom—it’s animal cunning, devilish conniving. Whenever you’re trying to look better than others or get the better of others, things fall apart and everyone ends up at the others’ throats.” James 3:13-16 MSG
