As Isaiah found out in this passage, letting God purify us may be painful, but we must allow it to happen so that we can truly represent God. Isaiah realised that he was unable to do anything of lasting value without God but he was willing to do whatever it took.

So with this in mind – when God calls, will you say, “Here am I. Send me!”?
