Move forward…

I have been toying with this word for a little while, as it’s not really something that I have done on my blog before now, but I really sense that some people are feeling “stuck” in life. Stuck in a job that no longer fulfils you. Stuck with your finances. Stuck in circumstances that you feel beyond your control but I see that God has been calling you. I hear the words “move forward”; that you should press into Him and God has been asking you to do this for a while but fear is holding you back, in embracing your next step.

If that is you…then I want to encourage you.

God knew the path you would take long before you were even born. He planned and created you for a purpose in this World and therefore we need to be stepping into all that God has for us. God never said it would be easy but He does say that a life lived by faith is a much lighter yoke and a much easier burden to carry than one where we are striving.

Isaiah 43:18-19 says “Do not remember the things that have happened before. Do not think about the things of the past. See, I will do a new thing. It will begin happening now. Will you not know about it? I will even make a road in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Stop looking at yesterday and focus on today or even tomorrow. You will see the path clearly that God wants you to take – so move forward…begin the adventure of what God has been showing you and take that step of faith! You might just realise, that this is the moment for which you were created.

Be blessed xx

Rebecca Brand

My hearts desire is for everyone to have an intimate relationship with Christ. To hear the voice of God and to experience His presence. Also, to help disciple others to discover their purpose within the body of Christ - through the power of the Holy Spirit.

My God-given dream is to break down barriers within life and the Church as a whole to strengthen and develop relationships within every denomination and bring unity - so that we will collectively raise up together and fulfil the Great Commission, within this lifetime.

I am living proof that no matter what your past was or whatever your life has become - God will use you to fulfil what He created you to do, when you step out in obedience and faith.
