Easter proved that Jesus was who he claimed to be. He was God in the flesh, and he came to earth to save us.
I love this time of the year because it reminds me what Christ did for each and everyone of us. His amazing grace, mercy and love, knows no bounds.
If you do not have a personal relationship with Jesus, then I pray that God will touch your life, as it will be changed forever.
God bless you all

What about Deuteronomy 4?
God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Number 23:19
In other words, G-d is not a want, so he does not lie. The purpose of that is not to show that G-d is not a man, but to show that because he is not a man, he does not lie.
Let’s now look at Deuteronomy 4
Only be careful, and watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them fade from your heart as long as you live.
So, this is specific for those at Mount Horeb (Sinai). G-d said to not forget what their eyes saw! And what did their eyes saw?
Remember the day you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, when he said to me, “Assemble the people before me to hear my words so that they may learn to revere me as long as they live in the land and may teach them to their children.” 11 You came near and stood at the foot of the mountain while it blazed with fire to the very heavens, with black clouds and deep darkness. 12 Then the Lord spoke to you out of the fire. You heard the sound of words but saw no form; there was only a voice.
So the people at Sinai saw No form, no body, only a form.
You saw no form of any kind the day the Lord spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire. Therefore watch yourselves very carefully, 16 so that you do not become corrupt.
Here He repeats it twice. The people who stood at the feet of the mountain saw no form. Thus G-d said be care not to worship
And lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the LORD thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.
Here we have the word “host”. This specific word includes people… https://www.blueletterbible.org…
So, Because G-d does not lie and the people of Israel were ask not to worship anything they have not see at mount Horeb, thus G-d would not decide to become a man. If not, he would have lied to His People, the children of Israel.
Stop trusting in human beings, whose life’s breath is in their nostrils. For why should they be given special consideration? Isaiah 2:22
Thank you for your comment.
Although we believe in the same God – we look at this day very differently. So I won’t give a lengthy reply
I do pray though, that God will bring revelation to you so that you can enter into a loving personal relationship with him – full of grace & mercy because the day that Jesus Christ died for our sins – Jew & Gentile alike, were forgiven for all their sins & released from the Mosaic Covenant.
God bless you
“Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.”
That seems like I should never move from the right or the left from Moses Covenant.. Can you explain why you say I am released of it? Why did Joshua lied?
Christianity teaches that Jesus is the fulfilment of the Old Testament prophecies (Isaiah 7:14; 9:6-6; Micah 5:2)
Jesus being the fulfilment of Hebrew prophecies (of a coming messiah). Psalm 22:14-18 describes an undeniable similar event to Jesus’ crucifixion?
Also for another accurate description of Jesus – read Isaiah 53:3-6.
There are so many accounts in the whole bible (old & New Testament that reveal Jesus. In fact he is a “type” in all books of the bible.
Jews are Gods chosen people because of Father Abraham in that he would be blessed to be a blessing.
In the Old Testament if you go into depth of the Passover, Abraham being asked to sacrifice Isaac or even the Tabernacle – all of this scripture shows clearly Jesus.
It’s hard to show you scriptures in the NT when you don’t believe in it.
Joshua didn’t lie
Gods law is beautiful and reveals his character and love for his people. That he loved them enough to give over 600 commandments so that they would know how to live to please God BUT God knew that because of our sinful nature, no one would be able to follow all of the commands & although the sacrifices are pleasing to God – we never actually able to fully atone ourselves because we will keep doing what is wrong in the eyes of the Lord.
That is why everything is pointed at Jesus – he is the perfect sacrifice that atones all our sins & makes us pure.
The whole bible is Gods revelation to us that ultimately leads us into relationship with Him through Jesus Christ.
Therefore when we accept Jesus as Lord and saviour, it releases us from the law because ultimately if we can never truly live by all of the law then the only way to God – is through his perfect redemption. Jesus Christ.
Bless you
