In the Bible, this is where King Ahaz was being disobedient to God & he was putting his trust in man rather than his protector.
I feel we can all learn something from this…
Faith is necessary in order to overcome hard times.
God will never fail us, it’s more that when we turn to other sources rather than what is truth – we ultimately fail ourselves.
Fear is not of God and therefore has no place in our hearts.
