John said it best, when He spoke of Jesus and said, “I must decrease, He must increase.”
The simple fact is, when we allow our hearts and minds to be transformed by faith in Jesus Christ, that is when we find God – as no one comes to the Father except through Him.
The only way for believers to find God, is for their heart to be reconciled, for their mind to be renewed and for their soul to be replenished. We need to not search with our own eyes but with eyes of faith.
If you’re seeking God, the key is emptying yourself of anything that is keeping Jesus from transforming you, to become more Christlike.
Then and only then, will you find God.
