We all have a tendency to focus on the past.

We are always “looking behind” us, with the “if only” conversations.
Exodus means “departure” and it’s a story of God’s people exiting the past of slavery and moving forward, into what He had promised for them…freedom.

If we focus on God, then we will always be looking ahead.
