Why God is so much bigger than we can comprehend…

m31-vt

This is “Messier 74” – a spiral galaxy that is 32 million light-years away from Earth.

In Isaiah 40:22 it says:

He sits enthroned above the circle of the earth, and its people are like grasshoppers. He stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in.

What is even more amazing to me, is that the Bible says God knows the exact number of stars and has a name for each and every one of them, calling them all by name…

Psalm 147:4-5,

He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.

It has been estimated that in the Universe there is 100 octillion stars (or 1 with 29x 0’s behind it)

That is why our comprehension is so limited…

because God is so much more than we can ever imagine.

…but what blows my mind even more…

Is that God loves ME
