“I pray that your love will overflow more and more, and that you will keep on growing in knowledge and understanding. For I want you to understand what really matters, so that you may live pure and blameless lives until the day of Christ’s return.”
We need to keep growing in Gods word, so our lives become enriched. Remember that prayer needs to be praising and giving glory to God and not just our “requests” or human desires!
Putting God first in our lives ensures that our hearts are filled with the love, that fills us with the fruits of righteousness. This not only pleases God but pleases ourselves to become more Christ like.
